UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY 

Next day delivery £7.00 for all orders placed before 2pm.

All orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day, excluding Saturdays and Sundays, when your item will be dispatched on the Monday.

 

EU EXPRESS DELIVERY 

Express 1-2 working days  delivery £15 for all orders .

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International 3-5 working days delivery £25 for all orders.

Any orders sent out that cannot be delivered will be returned to ICONAU and the customer will bear the costs for re-delivery.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that any duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. If a shipment is refused, we will do what we can to limit the customs charges and have the shipment returned to ICONAU. We cannot guarantee that customs charges can be voided for a refused shipment. In this case, we will deduct the amount from your refund. 

Customs charges vary depending on the country of delivery.  If you are concerned about incurring high customs charges, we recommend you ask your local customs office about their rates. 

RETURNS 

We hope you LOVE your purchases. However if you do wish to return any products or request a refund or exchange, our returns policy is below: 

We are happy to provide you with a refund for an online full priced purchase only when a Returns Authorisation number (RA) is granted and garments are received back within 14 days of receiving your order. Garments must be returned in a saleable condition (all tags need to remain attached and items must be returned with original packaging). Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed or tags removed will not be accepted.

Please be advised that the ICONAU eBoutique does not offer returns or exchanges on any sale/discounted items, unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask that you consider your items carefully before making a purchase as we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

We would like to make it as easy as possible for you to make a return or exchange; please read carefully below:

  1. Get in touch with us at orders@iconau.london within 48 hours of receiving your order, where you will be issued a Return Authorization Reference number. 
  2. Include your original receipt in the returned parcel ensuring that your Return Authorization Reference number is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns reference number will not be accepted.
  3. ICONAU will refund your full invoice amount minus the delivery fee or you can chose to return in store or via your preferred delivery company. ICONAU will not be responsible for any items damaged or missing being returned to us. We recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

ICONAU accepts returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order has been received by you. Returns received after the 14 day period and up to 28 days will only be accepted at the discretion of ICONAU for a store credit. Store credit is valid for 1 year from issue date. Returns received after the 28 day period will not be accepted and will be returned to you. 

REFUNDS

On all accepted returns; refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less taxes, duties and shipping charges.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are a customer based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (DSRs), provided that you give us written notice of cancellation no later than 7 working days after receiving your order.

  1. To cancel your order, you must send your notice of cancellation by email to orders@iconau.london
  2. If you cancel your order once you have received the goods, you must return your entire order to us at your cost. You can chose to return in store or via your preferred delivery company. ICONAU will not be responsible for any items damaged or missing being returned to us. Goods should be sent to ICONAU, 70 Gloucester Road, London, SW7 4QT.  We recommend that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.
